Payment and Invoice Policy

In order to make sure you fully understand the payment procedures for your South Jersey Websites hosting account, here are the current policies:

If you pay for web hosting for a year or more at a time, you will receive an invoice 30 days before your due date. Three days before the due date you'll receive an invoice reminder. If you're paying monthly, you'll receive an invoice 7 days before it's due. You'll also receive a reminder three days before the due date.

If payment is not received by the due date, you'll receive past due reminders. There is a ten day grace period on past due accounts. After the ten day grace period, your hosting account will be suspended and will be unsuspended after payment is received. If you have questions about your invoice, please ask right away.

Email Address and Invoices

All invoices are sent by email, not by regular mail. Please make sure we have your correct email address for billing. It's your responsibility to make sure we have your correct email address. if we don't have your correct email address for billing, please send us the correct email address. If your billing email address changes in the future, please let us know.

Methods of Payment

South Jersey Websites has a billing account set up for you. Go to http://www.sjwebsites.com/billing and log in to your account. Your user name is your email address. If you've lost your password, you can click the lost password link to reset it.

Payments can be made online through your account. Credit card payments are processed by Paypal. You don't need to have a Paypal account to pay, you can use your credit card. Just press the "Check Out" button to make your payment.

You can also set up a payment subscription by pressing the "Subscribe" button. A subscription automatically deducts payments on your due date. You'll still get invoices and reminders emailed to you, as well as payment receipts. You will need a Paypal account in order to have a subscription. If you cancel your services, you must cancel any subscriptions by logging into your Paypal account and cancelling them. Failure to do so may result in payments continuing.

South Jersey Websites accepts checks for yearly (or more) payments. Send your check to:

Make sure checks are mailed early enough to be received by your due date.
